2. Data Collected
We process the information you provide in forms: first name, last name, email, phone number and details about your request. Required fields are indicated in each form. With your consent, measurement tools also collect information about visits and interactions. Form tracking events use fixed identifiers and do not send entered field content to Google Analytics.
3. Purpose of Processing
Form information is used to respond to your request and provide information about our services. Measurement data, collected with your consent, helps us understand site traffic and the journey towards a contact request.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained for a maximum period of 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. You can request the deletion of your data at any time.
5. Data Sharing
Our technical service providers process forms and send emails. With your consent, Google Analytics measures traffic and Sortlist Radar measures visits from Sortlist. In accordance with the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at [email protected].
7. Cookies
Your theme, language and consent choice are stored locally in your browser. Google Analytics and Sortlist Radar load only after you accept measurement cookies. Microsoft Clarity is not enabled. You can accept, refuse or withdraw consent using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the page. Refusing does not prevent browsing the site or sending a contact request.
